On May 8, the Company held the 2025 Annual Business Team Efficiency Enhancement Review Meeting at the Science and Technology Hall. By revisiting the business team philosophy, interpreting management tools, and sharing best practices, the event aimed to reinforce the business team concept and further elevate operational efficiency.

Company leaders Lin Xu and Suchart Phowatthanasathian attended the meeting. Heads of relevant departments, business team managers, and key management personnel participated in the conference.

Acting President Lin Xu reviewed the business team concepts. First, he compared the Company’s position within the industry, highlighting areas for improvement in key metrics such as personnel and energy indices. Then, he provided a detailed explanation of business team structures, philosophies, composition, processes, responsibilities, and workflows, offering an in-depth analysis of common pitfalls versus correct practices in implementing business team concepts. Finally, he provided an interpretation of the newly added tools for best practices in the Company's recent business teams.

Fuels, Chemical, and Offsites and Dispatching sectors shared their best practices through presentations by Chen Changxing, Wang Jun, and Qiu Jibin, respectively. They focused on key areas such as maintenance operation management, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and hazard rectification. Through detailed case analyses and data comparisons, they demonstrated practical outcomes and developed replicable and scalable experience models.

During the interactive session, attendees actively raised their hands to speak, engaged in enthusiastic Q&A exchanges, and gradually clarified doubts. This not only fostered consensus but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth advancement of subsequent work. (Li Yuhang)
